When booking for face-to-face clinical courses (CASC champion, CASC weekend course, CASC Mock exams, BST, ST4 courses) please check with the us to confirm your reservation status before booking accommodation and travel. The automated email received only confirms your registration - not the availability of a place in the course. • Online Courses: No refund provided at any time after the purchase as access is provided immediately when purchased (No 'cooling off' if cancelled).
    • Classroom-based courses: Cancellations made within 4 weeks of the course date will receive no refund with the following exception (A). Printed materials will not be posted at any time to any user. This is applicable even when the purchase was made less than 4 weeks before the course date.
    • For cancellations made more than 4 weeks before the course date 50% fee will be refunded. Printed materials will not be posted
    • Exception (A)
    • If you are a customer from an EU member country (including UK), and if you cancel within a period of 7 working days from the purchase date ('cooling off' period) you will receive a full refund as long as you have not ‘used the website’ and the cooling off period does not include the advertised course date. ‘Use of the website’ is defined as logging in with user name and password after a purchase to view any page that is accessible only to paid users and may or may not involve viewing/downloading documents and Question Bank.

    1. Please note:
    2. If you have logged in after purchasing a classroom course within the cooling off period, we may still be able to refund your course fees after an administration charge of £40. The same cancellation policy as above will apply for cancellations due to any reasons including weather or transport disruptions.
    3. We are aware that you may have truly extenuating circumstances. In this case, we will be flexible but the SPMM course reserves the discretion to make this decision. All complaints must be made in writing (email or post) to our contact address shown in the 'Contact Us' page of this site.
  • VISA REFUSALS:
All candidates who require a UK visa to attend classroom courses should ensure they have necessary travel documents and visas in place before applying for the course. We do not treat visa refusals as exceptional circumstances and we are not obliged to refund course costs for those who apply for visa after purchasing the course.
  • REFUNDS:
If a refund (full or partial) is made after the purchase at any time, SPMM Course reserves the right to terminate the continued access of the user, unless a prior arrangement for continued access is agreed with the user.
  • TRANSFERS:
No payments can be transferred to another course, or another diet. The booking would need to be cancelled and the new course booked. Please do not email us with transfer requests.
